It was a small week for new comics for me this week, however I used the lull to catch myself up in a few other series. I enjoyed reading x-force although I do not see myself adding it as a regular pull...of course I don't have any x books on my pull list so maybe I will be adding one soon.
I read the first two volumes of Queen and Country Definitive Editions. While I have heard some podcasts say that they are dry I really enjoyed them. I like espionage and military oriented comics sometimes even when they are not well received within the comics community.
I enjoyed Incredible Hercules, which I picked up after listening to 11 o'clock comics rave about it during the podcast, and I will have to go try to find all the arcs I have missed while not reading this book.
I'm hoping to do a post on all the comic book podcasts I like and why, either today or tomorrow as I try to ramp up the content on my new blog.
